OutHere
plan a game night
Game night only works if enough people show up. Offer a few evenings, let everyone tick the ones that work, and pick the night with the most yeses.
how it works
- 1
offer a few evenings
Add 2 to 5 nights and times that work for you as host.
- 2
drop the link in the chat
Everyone ticks every night they can make it, from any phone.
- 3
pick the night with the most yeses
OutHere shows a table of who's free when, with the leader on top.
tips
- Say which game in the note so people know what they're signing up for.
- Need a minimum player count? The table shows exactly who's in for each night.
